Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted exclusively for store credit or exchanges. Store credit is valid for 12 months. We don't accept returns for monetary refunds.

Understanding that exchanges may be necessary, we offer a 14-day exchange policy from the date of merchandise receipt. To initiate an exchange:

Customers from the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, and Netherlands receive a free exchange label. Contact us to get your label. You are entitled to one free exchange.

To begin an exchange or return for store credit, kindly email care@oliviasophie.com before returning your merchandise. Once we receive the necessary information to process your return, please allow up to 1 week for processing. We understand waiting can be disappointing; we apologize for any inconvenience caused and strive to make the process as seamless as possible.

For customers residing outside the designated free return countries, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. Please note, if you opted for expedited shipping, the associated cost is also non-refundable. Additionally, the return shipping cost for your package is non-refundable.

It's crucial to send your package back with a tracked number to the designated warehouse specified by our team. This ensures that we can track its journey until it reaches our warehouse. Please note that we are not liable for packages that are lost, undelivered, or returned.

 

 

Conditions for return acceptance:

  1. The item(s) is in perfect unworn condition and in its original packaging.
  2. The products have not been used.
  3. No perfume odor.

Refund for store credit will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement. If you choose an exchange instead, the new item will be shipped once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions above.

  1. We are not responsible for any packages returned or not returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undelivered, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.
